This table allows schools to set up different mileage
reimbursement rates for different mileage levels. For example, the first 499
miles (Travel Mileage Limit = 0) may be reimbursed at the full federal mileage
rate, while 500 - 999 miles (Travel Mileage Limit = 500) are reimbursed at a
lower rate, and 1000 or more miles (Travel Mileage Limit = 1000) at a further
reduced rate. Each rate/limit combination is effective dated, and remains in
effect until the specific Travel Mileage Limit is updated with a new rate. If
the above three rates are initially set up with an effective date of 7/1/2012,
and the rate with Travel Mileage Limit = 0 is updated on 12/1/2012, the rates
for Travel Mileage Limit 500 and 1000 will remain unchanged until they are
individually updated.
